Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and weak on Select on light to moderate 
demand and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib and chuck cuts 
steady to firm while round cuts weak. Select loin cuts weak while Choice firm. 
Beef trimmings steady to weak on light to moderate demand and offerings.
